The University of Sheffield Performance Venues operate three performance spaces all located on the University main campus.
Helen Moyes Designs
A freelance Visual Artist, specialising in textiles and mixed media. Helen devises and delivers creative workshops and projects, to all ages and abilities within the community and at her own Ecclesall Textile School. Her ethos is a tailored, flexible person-centred approach to learning, with well-being at its heart.
Gillian Brent - Freelance
A sculptor working with a variety of materials. Gillian has a studio at Yorkshire Artspace in Sheffield. They exhibit in galleries and other venues around Britain and have been working with schools and communities as an artist since 1997.
Scrap Dragon
Scrap Dragon are a not for profit scrapstore. We collect useful waste materials from in and around Sheffield, and use it to provide an affordable and sustainable resource of art. craft, play and learning material to the community.
Sheffield City Archives and Local Studies Library
Sheffield Local Studies Library and City Archives are located in separate buildings approximately 10 minutes' walk apart.
RivelinCo
RivelinCo is Sheffield’s arts centre without walls, proudly based in Hillsborough and working across many of the surrounding areas in the North of the city, where traditionally there has been a significant lack of access to cultural opportunities and infrastructure.

A National Portfolio Funded Organisation with Arts Council England, Utopia Theatre is a leading voice for African Theatre in the UK.
Mulembas d'Africa
Mulembas dance classes started in Sheffield in 2009. Led by Angelina Abel, we have delivered dance classes across Sheffield and across the UK. Our aim is to promote social cohesion through African movement and create safe spaces where inclusion and understanding is promoted via arts.
Wentworth Woodhouse
Wentworth Woodhouse is one of the grandest stately homes in the country and is at the beginning of an ambitious regeneration project. Run by Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust (registered charity number: 1155374), we aim to use the restoration of the site as a catalyst for positive change in South Yorkshire.
In-Between the Trees
Based in Sheffield, Emily works across Yorkshire and internationally directly with children and young people or via training for adults working with them. This offer can be tailor-made one off workshops and events to long-term packages to suit.
