National Saturday Club - Sheffield Museums

Sheffield Museums

What: National Saturday Club

When: From January 18th

Where: Millennium Gallery and Graves Gallery

Who: 13 - 16 year olds

Sheffield Museum's Saturday Club is a new and exciting Art Club for 3–16-year-olds of all abilities. The clubs are FREE and open to all. As well as weekly Saturday Classes you will have the chance to go on trips and visits, take part in Masterclasses with industry professionals, and exhibit your work in the National Saturday Club Summer Show! At Sheffield Museums’ Art & Design Saturday Club, members will be given the opportunity to work with industry professionals in Art and Design. Club members will get a chance to develop new skills and knowledge in working with art and craft-making processes; exploring and responding creatively to Sheffield’s collections through the changing exhibitions and displays at two of our city-centre galleries – the Graves Gallery and Millennium Gallery. Learning will take place across both sites and will allow club members to gain insight into a gallery setting. Club members will be able to meet and socialise with other young people who have similar creative interests. Applications are now open for the Art & Design Saturday Club based at Sheffield Museums Millennium and Graves Galleries.
