This August, The Monty have invited three brilliant children's theatre companies to Sheffield to perform their brilliant shows including The Fabularium, Knotted Hawk Dance Theatre & Smoking Apples Theatre Company.
Individual show information can be found below:
The Crew
Friday 9th August - 2pm & 4pm
Performances will take place at South Street Park Amphitheatre, South Street Park, Sheffield, S1 2BP.
It was a time of tempests, of great disruption and uncertainty. Humankind knew nothing but selfishness and greed, all at the expense of the Earth and her beauty.
The humans’ disregard for Mother Nature angered the Gods, and so they turned their backs on them…all but One. Amongst the pandemonium – One of the Gods still has hope and decides they must teach the humans how to live together, or risk dying alone. Two storm riddled shipwrecks, two ancient cultures, two very different claims on the world…two people.
Yet without each other, this crew have no hope of navigating their way to safety.
The Fabularium are back with a wild and windy tale of wisdom, woe and wonder, set to reignite humans’ relationship with our waters. Come and join ‘The Crew’ on their voyage into the great unknown!
