Finding New Paths is a forward-looking conference aimed at exploring and inspiring resilience, and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking within the creative community. We will explore innovative solutions, fresh models of working, and collaborative approaches that empower artists, organisations, and cultural leaders to thrive.

This event is an opportunity to exchange ideas, share success stories, and brainstorm new ways of operating that emphasise adaptability, sustainability, and bold thinking. Whether you're an independent artist, a leader of an arts organisation, or a creative entrepreneur, the conference will provide you with actionable strategies and a renewed sense of optimism to reshape the future of the sector.

This conference is free of charge and open to all. It is expected to be particularly relevant to individuals in the creative, community, and charity/voluntary sectors, as well as those who are passionate about the arts in Sheffield and seek to network with like-minded individuals.
