Open every day from the 26th October - 3rd November, The National Videogame Museum comes to life with Plug in and Play, an exciting new programme for October half term.

Code a mini robot, make it move and navigate a miniature obstacle course inspired by classic games like Frogger and Mario Kart. Steer through loops, jump over ramps and avoid obstacles, all designed and crafted by visitors throughout the half term holiday while a new suite of games, inspired by nature, will be activated on the gallery floor. Get comfy, plug in and play a range of classic and contemporary videogames exclusively available throughout the half term holiday.

Inspired by the Museum’s collaboration with the Children's Capital of Culture, Plug In and Play then extends to Rotherham in an adventure trail for all the family to enjoy. Between the 31st October - 2nd November, journey through eight locations taking part in unique activities, and go beyond the screen to re-enact classic videogames in live action fun.
