What: Creative Engagement Director

Status: 32 hours per week (FTE 40 hours)

Closing Date: Monday 24 March 2025 at 9am

Salary: £40,000 per year (FTE £50,000)

Do you have significant experience in learning, creative engagement and participation in a senior management role? Are you passionate and excited about theatre and creating fresh and engaging work for our diverse participants and audiences including early years, children and young people and producing festivals or large scale community productions?

You could be just who we are looking for to join our Senior Management Team as Creative Engagement Director

As Creative Engagement Director you will guide the Creative Engagement team and work with them to develop and deliver exciting, bold and artistically excellent community engagement and participation programmes. You will foster a collaborative, inclusive and inspiring environment for staff, audiences and participants alike and develop strategies to give the people of Sheffield opportunities to engage with Sheffield Theatres and build lasting and meaningful relationships across the city.
