ST:YT is a new youth theatre programme from the Sheffield Theatres Creative Engagement Team, offering weekly theatre workshops for young people aged 5-17. The programme is open access, welcoming any young person with an interest in theatre or a desire to benefit from creative workshops.
Lead Facilitator Opportunity
Do you have extensive experience working with primary school aged children, are creative and forward-thinking, and understand the unique challenges of working with young people? We are seeking a Lead Facilitator to work with us on a 10-week skills-based terms from April to July 2025, working with 5 to 8 and 8 to 12 age groups to lay the foundation of our youth theatre, deliver taster sessions in schools and community settings and lead a 'Play in a Week' project during the summer holidays as part of our Together Festival!

Fee: Sheffield Theatres pays a Lead Facilitator rate of £130 per session up to four hours with additional planning and meeting time to be agreed
