Sheffield Music Academy exists to inspire excellence and provide specialist training for young musicians aged 6-18 years with outstanding musical ability, dedication and potential across the Sheffield region and surrounding areas.
Our world-class tutors travel across the country every week to provide our students with high-quality musical tuition. Under the Academy's guidance, students can develop their talent, grow in self-confidence, achieve fulfilment through performance and in turn make positive contributions to the musical activities of their schools and communities. The work of the Academy is enjoyed by the wider public with over forty public performances a year, in locations throughout the region.
We offer students over 40 performance opportunities a year as well as the very best in specialist master-classes, workshops and expert tuition. Sheffield Music Academy supports students looking to musically develop, grow in self-confidence, and maximise their natural talent and passion for music with like minded individuals, in a friendly, lively and welcoming atmosphere.
We are dedicated to the education and encouragement of outstanding young musicians. Through expert tuition, specialist classes and a tailor made curriculum, we help passionate and talented young musicians to excel and expand their horizons.
